Under the Law,
operations of UEFA on provision of tickets and services connected with them in view of the holding of the final part of the European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine are exempt from VAT by September 1, 2012;
income (profit) of UEFA, including that obtained from the sale of commercial rights, is exempt from tax for the period of holding of the final part of the championship; wages, reimbursement of expenses and daily subsistence allowance paid in the territory of Ukraine or abroad (except for the residents of Ukraine) during the period of preparation for the holding of the final part of the European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine are exempt from individual income tax.
